About Us
We offer home help to the elderly, those with a disability and those that struggle to complete tasks independently. We work with you as an individual to assess your needs and compliment your life.
We offer tailored packages to meet your individual needs, this can be a set amount of hours each week or on more flexible basis. The tasks during this time can be flexible based on what you need each visit. Sometimes that may be a shopping calls or errand running, other times it may be domestic cleaning and laundry.
Our Services
Shopping Calls
We can take you on shopping calls or go on your behalf, this would include the packing and unpacking of all your bags.
Light Cleaning
We can provide domestic cleaning services to keep on top of things around the house, including bed changing, dusting, vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen cleaning. We are available to recommend trusted companies who can provide deep cleaning services.
Laundry
Keeping on top of the laundry basket can be tough, we can do regular loads of washing, drying, and ironing to help stay on top.
Meal Preparation
Our team has Food Safety qualifications and is happy to prepare a range of meals for you, these will be made with your individual preferences and dietary requirements in mind.
Errand Running
A prescription picking up, a trip to the post office, or a need to grab essentials, whatever the errand our team will happily assist you.
Appointment Transport
If you have an appointment to get to, we can arrange our visit to make sure we can take you. We are happy to wait with you for your appointment if you need support or outside to take you home when you are finished.
Companionship
Whether it’s a cup of tea and a natter, a game of cards, or watching the world go by, we can provide company and support because our mental health and wellbeing are just as important as our physical health. We pride ourselves on making friendly bonds with our customers.
Social Vists/Trips
We can take our customers for social visits whether it's to the local coffee shop, a leisurely stroll, or something locally you’ve always wanted to do.
Help With Technology
If you need assistance with technology, need to print documents, want to video call with relatives, or set up online accounts, we can help.
Booking Tradesmen
We have a list of recommended traders that we know are trustworthy and reliable, we are happy to recommend these or research someone perfect for any job you need doing.
